ARTY FARTY FUN PAGE

Hello reader! 

We're The Listies. We're two best friends, Rich and Matt. We travel around the world performing theatre shows, writing books, and recording podcasts. 

ArtPlay has asked us to put together some of our favourite art-making ideas and activities and share them with you, their Arty Farty friends. 

On this page you'll find loads of activities. You can do them alone or with your family. Some are for home, some for the car, and some work in both. None of them require batteries. Most require a toilet roll. 

They're designed to get your brain working, your imagination flowing, and, most importantly, to make you LOL, ROFL, or maybe even ROFLSHALBOWCO. 

(That's Roll On the Floor Laughing So Hard A Little Bit Of Wee Comes Out. You're welcome.) 

Pick one. Do all of them. Make them your own. You may even have done something similar already, but we’ve hopefully added a Listies twist. 

Don't worry if it's not perfect. Don't worry if you can't draw. Don't worry if you can't think of anything. Nothing comes out perfect the first time. You might need a Mind Poo (you’ll find out what that means later…) 

The best piece of advice we ever got about being creative came from a very wise piece of footwear named, Shoe-sanne. She looked us right in the laces, and said: 

"JUST DO IT." 

Now, go make something that only your brain could make.
